What ifs

 As I navigate my 30s, I find myself reflecting deeply on the journey that has shaped me into the person I am today. Like many, I’ve encountered my fair share of regrets—moments when I wish I had made different choices or taken different paths. Yet, through these regrets, I’ve come to realize that they have become powerful teachers in my life. Regrets can take their toll, weighing heavily on the mind and heart.
